There’s nothing quite like hot buttered toast topped with gorgeously tangy marmalade, especially if you’ve made it yourself.
This Virtual Marmalade Course will take place over two one hour sessions on consecutive days. Vale House Kitchen Founder Bod Griffiths will firstly show you how to set up your equipment and then prep your fruit so that you have exactly the right ingredients in the pan. This session will cover how to juice the fruit properly, prepping your muslin bag and what to put in it, slicing peel and also a few little cheats so that you have every chance of producing amazing marmalade. In the second session Bod will talk you through and then demo the addition of sugar, roiling boil and potting up. By the end of the two sessions we’ll have amazing jars of this sunshine preserve to enjoy throughout the coming year ahead.
This course will be hosted on zoom and limited to 12 people so you are fully able to interact with Bod.
