Chutney Make and Bake Day

Join us for a hands-on chutney masterclass. Learn how to prepare and cook traditional chutneys, using the slow cook method. Find out how to use chutney in cookery. Our chutney making course starts with an introduction to the features of traditional chutneys made by the slow cook method and how they differ from modern quick alternative products. With a choice of recipes, we’ll prepare and cook small batches of chutney and make canapes using chutney as an ingredient. There will be plenty of jars of chutney and recipes to take away.
Lunch is included.
