Celebratory Cake Course

This course introduces simple baking and decorating skills. You will learn how to bake a beautiful light, moist sponge cake, make a delicious creamy filling, then layer and decorate the cake with a beautiful handmade chocolate rose decoration suitable for any special celebration.
Lunch is included.
