Autumn Jams: Fruit Jams and Chilli Jam
Celebrate the arrival of Autumn with a hands-on day making jams using seasonal fruits and vegetables. The day begins with tastings of Vivien’s jams. Vivien will explain the characteristics of traditional jams and demonstrate the simple stages of making jam. With a choice of recipes, we’ll prepare and make jams for the rest of the day. There will be recipes and jars of jam to take home.
Lunch is included.
