Half Day Marmalade

Join us for a hands on half day Marmalade Masterclass. Learn how to make traditional Seville Orange Marmalade, using Vivien’s award-winning recipe. You can even enter your marmalade into the World Marmalade Awards at the end of the day.

We start the day tasting a range of Vivien’s marmalades. Vivien will explain the features of great marmalades and demonstrate the stages of making marmalade from juicing the fruit to potting the marmalade into jars. Everyone will then prepare a batch of marmalade to take home.
