Cooking for University Course
A course for school leavers and undergraduates to help them learn how to cook tasty, fresh, healthy meals before heading off to university.
We aim to boost students confidence in the kitchen and give them the culinary skills to create delicious meals on a university budget.
Course tutor Kieran Lenihan will show you how to get the most out of your weekly shop, demonstrating slow cooking and batch cooking techniques, hearty soups and filling casseroles and stews. At the end of the course our students will have all the skills to cook for themselves after moving away from home.
Lunch is included.
