Sandra Monger is Bath’s leading wedding cake and celebration cake designer. With a lifelong passion for baking she is professionally trained in catering, advanced patisserie and sugarcraft. Since 2005 Sandra has also worked as a lecturer at Bath City College, passing on her skills and knowledge to both new and advanced cake decorators.
In 2012 Sandra was awarded the title of Celebration Cake Maker of the Year at the prestigious British Baking Industry Awards and was featured on the Wedding Industry Awards’ regional shortlist for the title of Best Wedding Cake Designer.
Most recently Sandra has been working with leading educational and craft publishers on a range of forthcoming baking and cake decoration projects. She has also been busy designing exhibition cakes for Renshaw, the nation’s leading, and Royal Warranted, supplier of cake decoration products.
