Virtual Game Butchery and Cookery
Join us for an hour to learn about Game Butchery and Cookery with Vale House Kitchen founder Bod Griffiths.
On this virtual session via zoom Bod will chat about the fantastic variety of game we have in the UK and show preparing it does not need to be intimidating. He will demonstrate taking the meat off a pheasant without going through the rigmarole of plucking and drawing it, talk through what bits of the bird are best suited to different cookery techniques and finally show you how to make delicious sticky pheasant wraps. Recipes will be sent out prior to the session and you are more than welcome to cook along with us during the demo.
This session will be hosted on zoom and limited to 12 people so you are fully able to interact with Bod.
