Marmalade Make and Bake Day

Join us for a hands-on Marmalade Make and Bake Day. Learn how to make traditional Seville Orange Marmalade, using Vivien’s award-winning recipe. Find out how to enter marmalade into competitions and how to bake with marmalade.

We start the day tasting of a range of Vivien’s marmalades. Vivien will explain the features of great marmalades and demonstrate the stages of making marmalade from juicing the fruit to potting the marmalade into jars. Everyone prepares a small batch of marmalade and makes a marmalade cake, to take home.
