A wonderful article by David Flatman, Ex Bath and England rugby player, and now top respected TV pundit. We’re very lucky to get a chance to catch up with ‘Flats” fairly regularly over a bacon sandwich, something we both enjoy. This article not only highlights how good bacon can be if you make it yourself, but also how important education with regards to food and especially the production of meat is.
